Equis Pte Ltd (“Equis”) has completed the divestment of 100% of the 207.12 MWh energy storage system located in Incheon and Pohang, South Korea (“Project”) to a fund managed by Kiwoom Asset Management Co., Ltd. (“Kiwoom”). The Project comprises the largest operating battery storage project in South Korea.

Equis Announces US$1.25B Capital Raising
Equis Development Pte Ltd (“EDL”) today executed binding documentation with a wholly owned subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (“ADIA”), Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board (“Ontario Teachers”) and the Equis management team to invest US$1.25 billion in EDL.
