If you are using a Mozilla based web-browser such as Firefox or Netscape, please follow the on screen instructions to install the plug-in after clicking on the above link. Click on the Link that says "plugin setup for Mozilla Firefox", download the file to your PC (preferably the Desktop) and then run and install the file labeled ffsetup.exe from your PC. Once the plug-in is installed the Browser will need to be restarted, once it is restarted, please click on the link above to enter the meeting.
